I moved to Austin in August 2008 to take over sales following ground breaking of the W Austin Hotel and Residences. Prior, I had opened the W Dallas Victory Park and managed the two residential towers atop the first W Hotel to offer residences. As my first foray into real estate during the economic downturn, I didn’t know any different watching my mom and grandmother sell real estate for my entire childhood. The complex engineering required for my first highrise sales with mix-use offerings included 159 luxury condominiums, 252 hotel rooms, 3 stories of office, a state of the art music venue in Austin City Limits Moody Theater as well as Bliss spa made for a rousing learning curve. Upon delivery of the residences at W Austin I joined DEN Property Group as an equity partner in June of 2010 and shortly thereafter we relocated our humble eastside office to the first floor of the W Austin coincidentally, where we have been since.
In 2015 DEN and I secured the exclusive right to sell agreement for Austin Proper Residences and shortly thereafter another luxury highrise tower 70 Rainey as well. Working closely with the KOR Group on design for seamless operations at the Austin Proper Hotel and Residences I was able to realize my plan on purchasing what I was selling for the first time.
Prior to delivering Austin Proper I marketed and sold the Hotel Saint Cecilia Residences on behalf of the locally beloved Bunkhouse Group. With only seven condominiums attached to the new construction of Hotel Magdalena along South Congress it proved an even more intimate experience with equally distinguished buyers favoring a more residential setting than a highrise downtown.
Even more recently, I’ve had the pleasure of selling, owning and occupying in the newest offering at the Linden Residences. While it is the first project I’ve sold without a luxury hotel attached it has made the purchase more attainably priced to accommodate a square footage required for my family of five. My three daughters, Lillie, Charlotte and Goldie have sacrificed a backyard for the heated pool, cold plunge, and dry sauna they’ve grown accustomed to. Endless gratitude to my hot wife, Margaret, who has gifted me such smart girls and empowered me and our dreams to make this lifestyle a reality.
I’ve certainly learned plenty over the past 17 years from studying the competition, to understanding the market demands of each ever-progressing development, to now owning in multiple highrise buildings and being able to consult developers as to what is most worthwhile here in downtown Austin. This absolutely pays in spades for any of my representation of buyers and sellers within each of these highrise towers as well for where to realize the best value or service.
When I make time for myself you can find me playing soccer multiple times per week, attending and serving on St. George’s Episcopal Church’s school board, bimonthly platelet donation at We Are Blood (70 gallons and counting) and yelling for my beloved Aggies in a sea of burnt orange.

My love of Austin was apparent from the first time I visited the University of Texas campus 24 years ago; I quickly enrolled, leaving California and putting down Texas roots. In 2005, I took a position as the deputy fundraiser for the Kinky Friedman for Governor campaign. Despite the excitement of this historic experience, I decided to start a career in downtown real estate.
I gained invaluable market insight during the 2008 downturn and deepened my understanding of the construction process while selling and closing out The Shore and Four Seasons Residences.
Joining Den in 2015 allowed for that scope of experience to expand at Austin Proper Hotel & Residences; A highly collaborative environment provided opportunities to consult on every aspect of the marketing and sales program. I will soon split time between Austin and DFW in order to work on Dallas Proper in the spring of 2026.
My passion for real estate does expand outside of downtown, and I truly love representing buyers and sellers throughout Austin.
When I'm not negotiating a deal, I love vintage shopping, doing yoga & pilates, reading, and being outside with my three sweet kids. You'll often find me at many Texas sporting events as a proud Longhorn- Hook Em!
Work with the team that knows downtown Austin better than anyone—and makes the process genuinely enjoyable. Get in touch to start the conversation.
